I promised to come back to you with another Elle R Cosmetics product, so here I am! This time I present the MASCARA 3D LOOKY EYES, a duo that will give you eyelashes like a rockstar! Composed of gel and green tea fibers with nylon, this combo mascara will help you reach a magnificent length and a very intense volume. It's super easy to apply, though I recommend using your eyelash curler first. This way you will only have to apply a first layer of gel that allows the eyelashes to be moistened before applying the fibers to Maximize its performance. The next step is to apply a layer of fibers using the second brush. These two easy steps leave you with the impression of having false eyelashes installed by a professional.
I must confess that I like to repeat the application of the fibers 2 to 3 times before finally fixing the whole with the gel one last time. Watching the golden Globes, I was left feeling a little deflated reminiscing on my one too many late-night holiday parties spent with a glass in hand and an eye on the cheese board! I was ready and eager to try out new and leading technology in skincare that is taking the world by storm! Recently launched by the Australian brand Intraceuticals, the Oxygen Facial is fast becoming a favorite go-to for many celebrities and models alike. It's no wonder that 95% of the red-carpet walkers look so fresh faced and refreshed as they walk their way to fame and beyond.
Available now in Montreal at the luxury boutique Constance and Charles, the 30 minute experience was so relaxing (Zen music included) I actually fell asleep! Luckily my gorgeous friend and our resident Beauty Expert Valerie was also on hand to test out the process with me (see below for photo evidence).
Using pressurized oxygen, the facial process gently diffuses the active ingredients in the Intraceuticals serums into the top layers of skin. I received the Rejuvenate treatment for boosted hydration. The combination of vitamins and antioxidants along with hyaluronic acid, allows maximum hydration for the skin.
Our experience in the boutique was truly relaxing and the results you can see for yourself! The image below (makeup free faces) on the left is the after treatment; my skin is visibly fuller and more radiant. The image to the below right, before treatment, you can see more fine lines, especially under and around my eyes and I look visibly more tired. (I WAS tired after all that holiday partying, obviously!)

Lately I received several products from ELLE R COSMETICS to trial. I wanted to talk about these products in an article, but really it was too hard to choose, so I will let you discover these products week by week.

3 must-have jewelry pieces for the holidays

Above you can see the earrings on my list, these are from the ‘’moving diamond’’ collection in 18kt white gold. Each is set with a total of 0.05ct of high quality diamonds. I love them because the diamonds inside are bezelled with yellow, rose and white gold, so you can mix and match and wear with any other pieces you may have. We recently had the chance to try out the Velvet Garden collection from Pupa Milano. First, I must absolutely talk about the MASCARA VAMP in color VIOLET INTENSE. This mascara will give your eyelashes disproportionate volume! If you apply 2 to 3 coats, it will be easy to have a look as if you were wearing false eyelashes. The color coats your eyelashes with a magnificent burgandy that brightens your eyes making the withe of your eye appear whiter. You will steal the eyes of those you will meet on your way ... Moreover, it is tested under ophthalmological control and as I SEE it, the essential of autumn!
What to say about the blush, a beautiful mix of two rich tints of pink and an illuminator that you can mix to get the perfectly healthy looking cheeks! Its silky texture is easy to blend on your cheeks and a light fragrance of peony adds to the richness! This blush is a must!!

Top Tips for Balance this Holiday Season.

OK so we all get a little bit frazzled at some point during the holiday season. I mean who wouldn't? Even with the patience of a saint, you'll have all the buttons pressed simultaneously at one time or another and if you don't, my hat is off to you! That being said, here's a round up of my top tips for keeping your sanity this holiday season, read on...
Zen up your dwelling: Start with the room you live in the most! A clear space to live could free up some space up top and let your brain stay sane and that little bit calmer. Plus any houseguests will totally appreciate it too!
Turn down the thermostat: Keep your cool by turning your heat down and wear a sweater. Cosy up with some wool socks (or your man/girl etc) and your fav. PJs. You'll be able to shop the after Christmas sales with those pennies you're saving.
Stay on schedule: Less sleep or even poor quality sleep can leave you tired and grumpy and who wants to hang with that... plus in laws are already hard enough to endure with out the grogginess. So do yourself a favor and stick to your regular nighttime routine.
Exercise: Fresh air and a runner's high... yes please! A little sunshine might just help you ward off a case of SADs as well (Seasonal Affective Disorder) thanks to lower exposure to sunshine and limited Vitamin D. Boost your intake with supps and catch some rays by sitting in your favorite sunny spot (insert chair, couch, rug etc)
Less Electronics: Cutting way down on social media will free up time for you to actually spend with REAL people face-to-face, I want a PSL or the like, don't you?
