Sweet Treats - Pavlova

The Pavlova is something that I grew up eating on special occasions in Australia. This light and airy dessert was created and named after a ballet dancer as she was so light on her feet. It's a delicious show-stopper on any table and Al is totally addicted, it's by far his favorite sweet treat!

Whipping egg whites until soft peaks form...

Spreading the egg white and sugar mixture onto a baking tray...

Topped with whipped cream, Italian custard and fresh berries...

An indulgent slice of heaven in any season...
